On Episode 22 of the Dustin Taylor Podcast the boys got much more introspective and speak on some recent realizations they have had in their content creating careers. Dustin, recognizing he is make a transition from solely music to an overall production profile. Speaks on how he is looking forward to marketing himself in the coming year and what that means for upcoming projects. Tobias, recently in a little bit of a mental block creatively speaks on his struggles to answer “does anyone care about what I create?”.

This was a great episode for others to get some insight on the how’s and why’s of marketing yourself online especially when looking for jobs. Resumes, cover letters, and even creating a LinkedIn profile were topics of conversation around this and the importance of doing so.

With Tobias embracing a new change of scenery come the Spring he speaks on his excitement level, and the idea of taking a risk to better yourself and get out of a situation that no longer serves you or progresses you. The idea of taking a leap can often be frightening but finding joy in what you do and looking for something greater is what the focus point should always be.
